Manage an emerging book of existing institutional accounts, identify new sales opportunities and generate a continuous pipeline for conversion.
Develop and harvest new leads through effective networking, cold calling, email campaigns and in-person meetings.
Achieve assigned sales targets from a reasonable baseline.
- 2+ years of sales experience with a clear track record of uncovering new opportunities and directly negotiating contracts and commitments.
College degree required.
Experience in financial services with demonstrable strength in business development, prospecting, networking, and relationship building preferred.
Proficiency in persuasive writing and verbal communication skills preferred.
